LOOKS OF THE WEEK

She is absolutely the winner this week! Attending the Burberry party in NY wearing a Burberry dress (obviously) she just looks perfect! I like the fact that she paired this frilly feminine white dress with thick black tights and boots (I usually can't see my legs in black tights and white clothes). She is simple yet glamorous. Thumbs up for Lily!

Diane will always be on my mind when deciding what to wear, especially for a formal occasion... she's smart, feminine and elegant but in her own special way and that's why I like her so much!
The double breasted Chanel jacket is... DIVINE! I wish I will have one like this in my life... please...

Here is one of her nicest looks during these times... I just realized that Sienna (which has not been a good inspiration source for me during last months) is good at easy-style looks more than big-occasion ones. And the one above is quite interesting to study. The studded boots are in now so they are a good choice (even if she's been wearing them for weeks), the flirty micro-flowers dress is perfect for a shopping spree (in London-Chelsea as you can see from the Austique boutique bag... been there many times... oh, good memories...) and the light jean vest (taken out from a boyfriend wardrobe) updates her look even more.

Another easy-style outfit this week, this time on Whitney Port. I don't think I will copy that look to go out but I found her really good at matching everything here: the boyfriend rolled up pants wore with mens bi-colour shoes (I'm sorry but mine from Church's are cuter!), the feminine t-shirt (nice contrast!) with ripped leather biker jacket and... ta-dah... the Chanel 2.55 always wins! A both nice and comfy look in general.

ISABELI FONTANA - VOGUE FRANCE JUNE 2009

Sorry not to be writing and posting for a couple of days, but work is just killing me these times and I fall asleep everywhere anytime that I can. I just don't have the force of doing anything apart from my sessions of sport (which come first), feeding my cats (now I got 2, there's a new entry of 2 months, named Chloe, and she also could be one of the reasons of me being tired) and sleeping...
Anyways, this ed in Vogue France is just AMAZING! Enjoy it!

MARIE CLAIRE ITALIA JUNE 2009

Flipping through the pages of Marie Claire Italia this pic caught my attention... I don't particularly like Danijela Dimistrovska (never saw her before this editorial by the way, she is too thin, look at her shoulders) and I did not choose the photo for her oh-so-beautiful and toned butt (not my ideal), but there's something that makes me like it... I find it a really sexy picture... maybe it's just the swimsuit that makes it so special to me???

I JUST LOVE HIM!

LOOKS OF THE WEEK

I'm getting no good source of inspiration from last weeks looks including this ultimate one... or maybe it's just me suffering from a lack of inspiration???
Here are the 4 looks I found interesting during the whole week (what a poor loot!).
Thanks Diane for the cute and fashionable outfits you offer us every week!

Very LBD and a boyfriend jacket with cuffed sleeves, simple hair, OMG, I like it sooo much! And what to say about those amazing Chanel shoes? They surely make the difference!

Twice on the list this week... I like how she matches the colours, the pattern of the skirt (finally a different piece from the usual easy matching plain ones everyone is wearing, including me!) and the patent open toe Mary-Janes she uses a lot these days. And... is that a gorgeous Givenchy Nightingale bag?

Beyoncè is really improving week after week... altought I don't really like her figure (she got a pretty face but sorry, I'm not just into that kind of body) this outfit is perfect! I love the studded white vest (not the usual boring black one) wore with jean shorts and I like the patent shoes also. They are quite next to gladiators but in a different, cooler and more feminine way. Congrats!

I was unsure about posting this image up till this morning, so you can understand that it is not one of my fave looks... the intention is fine, the simplicity of the outfit is a winning find, I like the idea of sequined pale (nude?) leggings matched with mens white shirt (good contrast), but the shoes are almost ruining the whole outfit in my opinion. I found them so expected and obvious to be chosen with these colours... maybe a black patent pair of sandals (with a black small boxed clutch - the size she is carrying is quite right, you should keep your accessories tiny with this long shirt) would have been given more attitute to the look. I think I would also have risked with a red pair...

EVERYONE IS WORTH HAVING A PAIR OF THESE... WHAT ABOUT ME???

Early morning and, coming back to work at 7am from a day-off, I just wanted to start everything up with these amazing Tribute boots I have been having my eyes on since last winter.
I wish I could buy a pair from Ysl outlet in Florence during next months... I'm not being crazy here as I bought Tribute sandals in black and gold there 2 months ago for the ridiculous price of 230 euros!!!
